Well that certainly did some damage to someone whose net worth is somewhere over $40 billion dollars. To put this in perspective, if I had a net worth of $100,000 (I don't), a fine of the same magnitude would be about $2. If I were to pay a fine of the same percentage, it'd be less than a nickel.
note: I don't support anti-trust regulations or fining Bill for the alleged charges, I merely seek to point out the amusing facets of this particular fine. |
